This site is built for people who may find small text and fiddly buttons difficult. It aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Making the text bigger

Use the A, A+ and A++ buttons at the very top of every page. Your choice is remembered next time you visit.

You can also hold down Ctrl and press + to enlarge the page (on a Mac, hold Cmd and press +). Press Ctrl and 0 to go back to normal. The layout reflows properly, so nothing gets cut off.

High contrast

The High contrast button at the top of every page switches to plain black text on white, with underlined links.

What we have done

• Body text is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed by the Braille Institute for people with low vision. Similar-looking letters and numbers are easier to tell apart.
• You can print any listing with the Print this page button, to read later or share with family.
• Large default text of 19 pixels, which resizes cleanly up to 200% and beyond.
• Strong colour contrast throughout, well above the minimum required.
• Every part of the site works with a keyboard alone, with a clear visible outline showing where you are.
• Large buttons and links that are easy to tap on a phone or tablet.
• Proper headings and labels so screen readers can announce the page correctly.
• No flashing content, and animations are switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
