Absolute Mobility
Southern England installer with Which? Trusted Trader and Trading Standards Buy With Confidence approval.
Absolute Mobility Ltd, based in Bracknell, Berkshire, fits walk-in and power-assisted baths, level-access and step-in showers, wet rooms and stairlifts, and offers home consultations. It states over 20 years of trading and displays Which? Trusted Trader, Checkatrade and Trading Standards Buy With Confidence approval — Buy With Confidence is a local authority scheme, which is a genuinely useful sign. A lifetime warranty is advertised as available, with terms set out in a document on their site. Coverage is concentrated in southern England, though a mobile showroom travels more widely.

Before you commit
- Get a written quotation. Never agree a price on the doorstep or over the phone.
- Take your time. A genuine company won't pressure you with a "today only" discount.
- Ask a family member or friend to be there for the visit if you can.
- Ask for the VAT relief form if you have a long-term illness or disability.
- You normally have 14 days to cancel an order agreed at home or online, but made-to-measure items can be an exception — get the cancellation terms in writing.
